Yesterday we went to Stocker Stadium for the "Grand Junction is Broncos Country" celebration. At the celebration, we ate Denver Broncos cookies, and the kids caught some mini footballs that they shot out of air cannons. We got a picture with the Broncos' superbowl trophies (they had a guard next to the trophies to make sure no one touched them). We also got a picture with the mascot, Miles, and the kids got his autograph. We could have got an autograph from one of the Broncos' cheerleaders and NFL great Billy Thompson (at least that is what they said, since I don't really watch football I have no idea who he is), but the lines were too long for those. Nathan told me that he was going to hang the sticker that the mascot signed on his wall and decorate his room the same as the Broncos' bumper sticker.

It seems like you guys always have fun things to go to in Grand Junction.
How fun! Henry would be so jealous! He's a big Broncos fan...went to his first regular season game last weekend.
